Processing Time

Orders are processed and shipped within 1–2 business days of the order being placed. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays.

Where We Ship

We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states, including APO/FPO addresses. International shipping is not offered at this time.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Time

Once shipped, orders typically arrive within:

• Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
• Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days (where available)

Delivery times are estimates provided by our carriers (USPS, UPS, or FedEx) and are not guaranteed.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on order weight and destination. Any promotional free-shipping offers will be clearly noted at checkout.

Order Tracking

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order leaves our facility.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, contact us within 7 days of the delivery date (or the last tracking update) and we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue at no cost to you.
