Returns & Refunds

30-Day Return Window
We accept returns on eligible items within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible, items must be in their original condition, unused, and returned with all original packaging and accessories.
How to Start a Return
To begin a return, email us at reliabletrendenterprises@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We will respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions and a shipping address.
Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped, defective product, or damage in transit). In those cases, we will cover the return shipping cost.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. You will receive an email confirmation when the refund is issued. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take an additional 3–10 business days to appear on your statement.
Non-Returnable Items
The following are not eligible for return:
- Items marked as final sale at the time of purchase
- Items returned more than 30 days after delivery
- Items showing signs of use, damage, or modification by the customer
- Subscription boxes that have already shipped for the current cycle (cancel anytime for future cycles)
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrived damaged or is defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund, including return shipping, at your choice.
Order Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled for a full refund if they have not yet shipped. Once an order has shipped, the return process applies.
